Feb 2015 I asked Jacqui to help sell my house after having gone through a bad experience with another realtor. I was exhausted and cranky by the time Jacqui saw me, but she turned things around and made the whole experience a breeze. Jacqui took the time to explain everything in the agreements we had to sign, and discussed the steps she wanted to take to get my house sold. I felt comfortable asking dumb questions, and she (tactfully) gave me her honest opinion based on her experience in the housing market. Jacqui worked very hard to advertise my property and give it the best advantage in the market. She had lawn signs up, flyers and brochures printed, open houses scheduled and ads in magazines ready to go... all in a very organized manner that left me having to do nothing but keep the house clean. Jacqui was a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry. She was caring, honest and very astute. She also has a lot of integrity, which I could rely on when dealing with offers and finance and all those aspects associated with home ownership. She proved to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy, which is important when you're trying to buy or sell the largest investment of your life. Jacqui also showed the utmost grace and patience when I vacillated between buying again and renting. I never felt pressure to do anything that didn't feel right. She understood. I have had the good and the bad, and Jacqui is exceptional.

I listed my house with Jacqui and she did even more than I could have imagined to help me sell my house and get good value for it. She thoroughly researched the market, showed me (on paper and thru visits) several comparable houses, made a good recommendation of listing price, explained all the ins and outs I needed to know as a seller. She walked through my place and made recommendations for showings and open houses (I did not stage my house because I was packing and preparing for my wedding). Jacqui even came over and personally helped me do some work on my gardens, which made a big difference. And when it finally came to the offers and decision-making she was right there for me and helped me get through it all easily. Jacqui is just the right mix of knowledge, professionalism, realism and friendliness that I needed and really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her!
